- 1 organic banana
- 1 ½ cups organic frozen berries
- 1 generous serving of organic greens
- 2 tbsp organic virgin coconut oil
- 2 tbsp organic flax/hemp seeds
- 6-8 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
The Mega Green Smoothie

- 1 ¼ cups coconut milk
