This may seem a bit out-of-the-box for your boutique, but families are looking for an all-in-one experience. They want to trust where they shop and spend their time.
The birthing world has been crushed by the pandemic, leaving many mothers to birth alone, unprepared to do so. Even if a partner is allowed to be present, most are uninformed and unable to have a doula or support person in the room. Now more than ever is the time to provide childbirth education to every mother and couple. You can play a huge role in this, while also increasing revenue. There are plenty of certified childbirth educators local to you, so start researching. After working out details such as your spacing and class size (again, follow your local guidelines), you can start marketing. You can offer an ultrasound package as part of the pricing, even including a gender reveal session.
If clients are nervous to attend in-person classes, offering the sessions live through zoom may be a great option.
